To say Ashley is a people person is something of an understatement. In the past, she traveled halfway around the world to take in the Japanese culture and expand her horizons, teaching English for a year. These days, she stays closer to home-accessible to her clients so they can be assured of having their staffing needs met. "Clients deserve professionalism, honesty and efficiency," Ashley insists, "and they also deserve constant access to the support I honestly believe only altisHR can provide." The Company is a perfect fit for her: not only does she enjoy the constant engagement with clients and candidates, but she also has a talent for building strong, long-term relationships. No matter how many people she deals with, Ashley makes herself available to take calls, answer questions, offer advice. "Just the fact that you're available goes such a long way," she observes. "People feel taken care of. It's the most important thing." To take care of herself, Ashley continues to plan trips and travels-including a return to Japan for a friend's wedding. As a student, the dynamic globetrotter put down roots long enough to earn her BA at the University of Western Ontario in London before embarking on the career path that led her to altisHR.
