Leah has a passion for people - and the many aspects involved in communicating and consulting. She obtained a degree in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario and went on to work at an advertising agency; a position she particularly enjoyed as it allowed her to liaise with clients. Leah spent the next four years training staff and developing promotional programs for a national financial institution.

"My passion and talents came together for me at altisHR. My role combines my enthusiasm for client service and creativity." describes Leah. She initially joined the altisHR team in Toronto where her largest customers operated in the logistics industry and pharmaceutical sector. She moved to Vancouver in 2010. "It's been fantastic bringing my energy to this outgoing city. I have found the quality of candidates to be high and clients to be open and welcoming."

On her own time, Leah cycles almost every day on her new road bike. She is enjoying the unique outdoor activities Vancouver has to offer and has made a home for herself on the beach where she enjoys movies, fireworks and simply soaking up the sun.
