Based on a decade of experience in the staffing industry, Jennine has concluded that success comes ultimately from a combination of passion and commitment. What’s important to clients and candidates has to be important to you as a Consultant. At the same time, you need to have fun in your work. As the driving force behind altisHR’s Mississauga office (she led the start-up process and hand-picked the team), Jennine works hard to cultivate and maintain an environment in which all of these qualities flourish. A specialist in temporary and permanent staffing for Administration, Accounting and Financial positions, Jennine enjoys watching the other Consultants achieve their goals and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Her work ethic is a genuine reflection of her personality in general: away from the office, she applies herself with determination and a smile to her favoured sports of golf and swimming, and focuses in her home time on relationships of a different sort—those with friends and family. Jennine received a BA in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and a Human Resources Certificate from McGill.
