The constant interaction between team members makes it possible for consultants to place candidates purely by peer-to-peer word of mouth. And that makes for faster, better client service. While other HR firms regard their consultants as salespeople, Marnie feels her role at altisHR is different—one of a genuine broker who has all parties’ interests at heart. She and her colleagues are committed to finding the right solution every time out. She enjoys the thrill of seeking out new opportunities, visiting clients onsite at their provincial government offices to help them identify and define their temporary staffing needs. Marnie received her B.A. in Applied Arts from the Faculty of Business Management of Ryerson University.
