When Pamela first came to altisHR, it was as a candidate looking for employment opportunities. To our benefit, she ended up joining the team as a specialist in permanent staffing. Combining personal ambition with solid time-management and interpersonal skills—plus a bundle of energy—Pamela sets out every day to find the right fit between clients and candidates. It still gives her a thrill when things click perfectly, when everyone’s expectations are met and candidates integrate seamlessly into the mix of clients’ corporate cultures. Prior to altis, Pamela worked at an actuarial recruitment firm. She earned her Honours BA from the University of Guelph in Psychology and Sociology and an HR Management Certificate from Sheridan College. In her spare time, she channels her energies into baseball, snowboarding and time at the cottage.
